It is about time that there is a decent Harem/Rubber website out there! I need pictures of Harry!! If anyone knows of any kicking around please let me know. Also, if anyone knows of a video compilation, I want that too.

Became a fan when I first heard Had enough on the radio. It's hard to find your stuff in the states but every time I cross the border, I hit a music store to see if there's a new release!!!

What a great site. I have to say I depend on it quite a bit. Living in the US, we never about HS/Rubber here, which brings me to my 1st question. Why would such a great band not tap into what is probably the largest music market in the world (The US)? I've been listening to HS/Rubber ever since I made a trip to Canada many years ago when the "No Justice" single was hitting the airwaves hard there. I remember how completely blown away I was by the vocal melodies, harmonies, and guitar work and I've been listening to and learning their music ever since. Which brings me to my second question. I am on the hunt for any HS/Rubber guitar tabs I do not currently have. I currently have all songs off Voice of Reason and Karma Cleansing CD's. I also have tabs for Hard to Love, Slowly Slipping away, Honestly, Saviors Never Cry, No Justice, Change Comes Around, Empty Promises, Had Enough, and Cages. If anyone has any that I don't have, I'd love to get my hands on them and would be happy to trade if you need any I have. Thanks and I can't wait for the new "Ultra Feel" CD!

I do realize that these fantastic musians did not get the recognition they deserved here in Canada and that is terrible. They played in my area a few times and I was there for almost every show. I hope they come back to Sydney, Nova Scotia very soon because they do have alot of very faithful fans around here. Vicki

Harem Scarem rocked my world with classic CDs like Mood Swings and Voice of Reason.
It would be cool to see you play live over here in little old England one day...Thanks and all the best with Rubber.

I saw these guys (as Harem Scarem) back in the late 80's/early 90's. Previous to the live engagement, I had only heard one song ('Hard to Love') and was anxious to see what else the band had to offer. Needless to say, I've been a big fan ever since. I have to admit I was a little wary when I heard about the name change, etc., but the latest release as Rubber is pretty good. Does anyone know what Mike Gionet is up to these days?

I have to say that this is the best HS/Rubber site that I have seen! Keep it going... you're doing great! Harem Scarem is one of the greatest band I've heard. Rubber is too... And if the band is reading this guestbook (I HOPE SO!), I wish them goodluck and may they release more albums! The new songs are good but I just hope they go back to the lines of their old style... They drew back much on the guitar part... I wish they could include more intense guitar riffs & solos in their upcoming songs... Thanks & Godbless!
