hi my namee is shawna wolfe i have loved haremscarem since the 80's and i have sen them in concert as well and let me tell you the rock like no other band that i have seen. They were asome in the 80s and they are more asome now i wish them all the best of luck and hope to seethe guys again soon keep on rocking guys . love from shawna

Yes, the concert was fantabulous!!! Wow! I had goosebumps big time! It was so wonderful seeing Darren and Harry singing together!! And yes Shawn, your wife IS correct, Darren is looking very well!! (Nice chaps!! wink wink!)
The people from Rogers looked to be having a wonderful time as well! How fabulous!! Yes, I'd love to see that video too!!

Hey there just wanted to give you my review of this show.

What a great show. One hour and twenty minutes of amazing Harem Scarem. It has been a long time since the band played in their home town of Oshawa. The last time was when they recorded Live at the Siren. This time they played at the same location but now called The Big Sexy.
First of all the opening band was The Live Sex Show featuring Darren Smith on lead vocals. They did a great 40 minute cover set from newer bands, The Killers, U2 to Led Zeppelin and The Doors. Darren sounded great and for almost 40 years old he is looking well as my wife put it.
Then finally just after 12AM Harem Scarem comes on and plays a set of newer material and a few classics.

As a huge fan of Harem Scarem having all their music including all those greatest hits I can't say nothing bad about this show at all. Was a pretty good crowd and Rogers TV looked like they recorded the whole show and wouldn't it be nice to get a copy of that! Lots of pictures being taken as well.
Highlights of the night was Darren came out and playing drums for Hard To Love which got the fans really cheering and Harry asked Darren to come out front and sing with him on No Justice and when Darren went back stage the fans started chanting (Darren, Darren) so he came out and helped out with the vocals. Sure brought back memories seeing those 4 together again but Creighton is part of the band and does his part well and its great that Darren is still close to the band.
They could have played for a couple hours tonight and I would still have a list of songs I would have liked to hear but with so many CD's only so much room. I would have liked to here Dagger from the new album but overall it was nice to hear the tracks from the last 2 albums.
Thanks to 94.9 The Rock in Oshawa in helping to promote this show and playing Harem Scarem on the radio and the constant mentioning on the radio of the concert.

Good to hear that you're back. I saw your "Mood Swings" tour in Toronto (early 90's) and was hooked on the edge. I met you all backstage afterwards which was a bonus. The new album (Overload) sounds awesome. Lookin forward to seeing you in Oshawa (The Big Sexy) on Nov 18.
